1. Class Booking:

bookings are required to secure a spot in each class and are subject to availability.

Payments must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

2. Membership Packages:

Membership packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who registered.

Membership benefits are applicable only within the specified duration.

3. Arrival Time:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disruptions.

4. Health & Safety:

Participants must inform instructors of any medical conditions prior to class.

Morfwellness is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes. We encourage members to consult a physician if they have health concerns.

5. Personal Belongings:

Morfwellness is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.

1. Class Cancellations:

Individual Class Booking: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will be refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a booked class without prior cancellation, no refund or credit will be issued.

2. Membership Packages:

Membership packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Freezing or extending membership periods due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness) may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
